The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable double bed. The hotel is located outside the city center, but it is easily accessible by bus or a short taxi ride. Another advantage is the ample free parking available.
The service at the hotel was disappointing. The concierge was unhelpful and unshaven, and there was a lack of assistance when it came to basic requests such as ironing a shirt.

The internet connection in the hotel was very poor, only working in the lobby.

We loved the location of this hotel, set within the city walls and surrounded by old olive trees. It was a short walk to the center of town, yet quiet and peaceful. The service was exceptional, with room service, housekeeping, and shops all available on-site. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, with a well-stocked mini-bar, in-room air conditioning, and comfortable sitting area. We especially enjoyed the garden furniture and outdoor swimming pool.
Would definitely recommend this place to friends who are looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in an ideal location.

Great facilities, including a swimming pool. Excellent room and bathroom with attentive cleaning staff. The buffet breakfast offers good value for money. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to Siena's historic center and countryside drives. The front desk staff, especially Simone, were helpful, welcoming, and professional.
